Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam and Aura Limited having its principal place of business at 48 Kinross Street,
Blenheim, New Zealand

GoldGarment hereby appoints Aura Limited  as its sole and exclusive Distributor for the term of this Agreement for the sale and distribution of the Products throughout the country of New Zealand. Aura Limited will actively use its best efforts to promote the sale and distribution of Gold Garment’s products using New Zealand large database
